Madonna has been accused of plagiarizing producer John Brazil, which claims that the chorus of "Give Me All Your Luvin '" is almost equal to that of "Love Banana", featuring Lovefoxxx, CSS.
In one of the songs have a chorus that says "LOVE Banana" and the other, "LUV Madonna." Still, despite the similarity, the Brazilian is reluctant to take legal action and will leave this question because of his record label, Man Recordings German.
