Michel Teló reaches the top ranking Billboard

Michel Telo topped the list in the category of the Billboard Latin Music, with hit Ai Se Te Pego. Previously, only two names of the national music lifted the top ranking, but in another category.

Telo entered the ranking of the magazine at the beginning of April - in the main singles chart American, the Hot 100 - occupying the 97th place. In addition to its new brand, the backcountry was invited to present an award at Billboard Latin Music Awards in Miami, which takes place on Thursday (26). In the award, Telo will also sing Ai Se Eu Te Pego, only in Portuguese.

Sales of the band are still amazing, with first place in 25 countries in the iTunes store, adding more than 1.2 million legal downloads. In Germany, Ai Se Eu Te Pego is the biggest selling digital single in the country's history - surpassing the likes of Adele and Rihanna.
