Michel Telo poses next to rapper Akon and Marc Anthony in Miami

Michel Teló met on the evening of Wednesday (25), singer Marc Anthony - former husband of Jennifer Lopez - in Miami, during a rehearsal for the award Billboard Latin Music Awards. "It's a pleasure to meet you, let's do something together," said Marc, according to the magazine's site Quem acontece (Who happens).

Also in the corridors of the Bank United Center - which will host the event - the backcountry met another big name in American music: the rapper Akon. Despite the rush, the musician stopped to congratulate Michel and took a photo with a celebrity in Brazil.

The event, which will reward the best of Latin music in 2011, takes place this Thursday (26) with the participation of Telo delivery of a statuette and also with the expected presentation of the hit Ai Se Eu Te Pego - in Portuguese of course.
