Brown brought his electric trio created directly from Brazil to the streets of Cadiz "a free festival and conference." The artist defined the parade as "a party alert" and said that people realized that "good things do not sell."
With its pilgrimage through television and radio programs in the country, Brown became an ambassador for the city of Cadiz, which this year celebrates the bicentennial of the Constitution of 1812 (the first constitutional document approved in the Iberian Peninsula)
Moreover, Cádiz boasts the title of Ibero-American Capital of Culture and Carnival. "In this constitution, which laid the principles of democracy and uniting Spaniards on both sides of the Atlantic, is partly the source of my freedom, my language, my mixing," said Carlinhos Brown.
